At Veyrovix, we want you to receive your order in proper condition. Returns or replacements are accepted only in case the product is damaged, broken, or not working properly upon delivery.

7-Day Return Policy

To be eligible, you must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the time the package is opened. The video must clearly show that the product was received damaged, broken, or non-functional.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

• You simply do not like the product.

• You have changed your mind after purchase.

• The product does not meet your personal preference.

• An unboxing video or sufficient proof is not provided.

All return or replacement requests are subject to verification by Veyrovix. If the issue is verified, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund as applicable.
